 FAQs

  • Great question. You’ve already done your first step. If you’d like to contact me, we can correspond via email or set up a free 15 minute phone consultation to answer any lingering questions you may have. From there we can get you scheduled. I’ll send you a link to create a confidential client portal where you will fill out some necessary paperwork before we get started. The first session I spend getting to know you and hearing what brings you to therapy at this time. You have complete freedom in what you share with me and what is important for you to share with me. From there we’ll create some goals together to best address your concerns. The sessions are 55 minutes long.

  • This depends. I typically like to meet with my clients weekly at first as we build a relationship and begin to address your concerns. Then spreading sessions out is common. However, I always let my clients lead how often we meet based upon support needed, finances and schedules.

I also am willing to work with you if you are in need of care, but under financial stress.

I am not in-network with insurance, but will provide you with a super bill that you may file on your behalf. Your insurance company may or may not compensate you for out of network benefits.
